Seth runs Wyvis Tree Services Ltd, an established tree surgery and arboriculture business based between Inverness and Nairn. Trading since 2008, the business has built a strong reputation across the Highlands for skilled, NPTC-qualified work — from straightforward hedge trimming to complex sectional dismantling in confined spaces.

With over 1,200 completed projects, £5 million public liability cover and Highland Trusted Trader membership, Seth needed a website that reflected the professionalism of the team on the ground.

The Challenge

Tree surgery is a trust-driven trade. Customers letting climbers and chainsaws onto their property need to feel confident before they pick up the phone — and they're often searching from anywhere across a huge geographic area. Wyvis needed a site that did three things at once: signalled credentials clearly, showcased real work, and got found across dozens of Highland towns and villages.

The Solution

I designed and built a bespoke website from scratch with a clean, outdoors-appropriate feel. Strong photography of real Highland trees, generous use of green and natural tones, and clear typography put the work front and centre while keeping the credentials visible at a glance.

The site is structured around Seth's core services with each one given its own dedicated page, plus an extensive set of location pages so the business can be found whether someone is searching from Inverness, Dingwall, Aviemore, Forres or anywhere in between.
