What happens after I get in touch?
I’ll reply within 24 hours, usually much sooner. If it sounds like I can help, I’ll suggest a quick call or a coffee to talk it through.
Do I need to have everything figured out?
Not at all. Plenty of people come to me with just an idea, or a feeling that their current website isn’t working. Part of my job is helping you work out what you need.
Is there any obligation?
None. The first chat and the homepage mock-up are free, and there’s no pressure. If it’s not for you, that’s absolutely fine.
What will you ask me?
About your business and what makes it different, who your customers are, what you’d like the website to do, any websites you like or don’t like, and your rough timescale and budget.
Do you work with businesses outside Moray?
Yes, across Scotland and the UK. Most of that happens by phone, email and video call. How it works across Scotland.
