The Business

Moray Artificial Grass installs artificial lawns and putting greens across the North East, with customers from Stonehaven to Invergordon. They only fit Royal Grass, and they’re the approved Royal Grass dealer for the North East of Scotland, which includes training and appointing a network of approved installers.

Surveys are free and quotes come with no obligation, and the work ranges from back gardens to putting greens for golf clubs and driving ranges.

The Challenge

Artificial grass is a considered purchase, and most people have never bought it before. The site had to explain what the different grasses are and why Royal Grass, show real gardens in the area before and after, and make it easy to ask for a free survey.

The Solution

I designed and built the site from scratch, in greens and white with Lora for the headings, with an admin area for adding new reviews and photos.

• A products page with all 13 Royal Grass grasses, from Silk 25 to the 65 mm XL, each with a photo and a description
• A lawns page on what Royal Grass is like to live with: no mowing, no spraying, and the same lawn all year
• A home putting page for golf clubs, driving ranges and back gardens, with flags and hole cups supplied
• A reviews page with around 40 customers’ comments, each named by town, and around 70 before and after photos
• A gallery of recent work at the foot of every page
• Phone and email on every page
